Position: Inbound Marketing & Social Media Specialist

Job Purpose: Exciting opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to work in an award-winning Training and Teambuilding Company and winner of Best Place to Work. The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns as well as the daily management of social media and execution of our social media and community management strategy. The Marketing Team works as an internal agency for Biz Group's different departments and reports to each department and team on their respective KPIs. The chosen candidate will be running multi-channel campaigns for each department leveraging email campaigns, social media and digital marketing to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. They will be responsible for:

• Building and managing a content/editorial calendar that attracts qualified audience
• Creating, managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email, print campaigns and events to drive customer acquisition
• Optimising marketing automation and lead nurturing process through email, content and social channels
• Increasing social media following, engagement and reach
• Inbound email campaigns to our stakeholders
• Content development: written and visual (photography, videography)
• Community management including monthly newsletters

Knowledge and business acumen:

• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic
• Bachelor in Marketing or related fields
• Experience working with website Content Management System is a plus
• Understanding of digital marketing and Google Analytics
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Proficiency in creative design platforms
• Photography and video shooting and editing is a plus
