Job summary

A luxury hotel chain in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a candidate for a role focused on customer service, communication, and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry and be proficient in English and Russian, with the ability to understand Arabic. Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in the Hospitality / Service Industry preferred.
  • Good spoken and written English / Russian.
  • Able to read and speak Arabic / Russian.
  • Computer Knowledge, including Windows, internet explorer, and word.
  • Possess excellent management, planning, decision making, interpersonal, communication and counselling skills.

Responsibilities

  • Complete the important tasks outlined on the Officer Shift Checklist.
  • Report broadband and telephone equipment defects to the relevant vendors.
  • Attend to complaints and enquiries referred to by Communications Assistant.
  • Monitor the status of jobs in Guest Request Management system.
