Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager (B2C & B2B) to lead our sales initiatives across both individual and corporate training segments. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through direct enrollments, corporate partnerships, and institutional tie-ups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end sales for both B2C (individual learners) and B2B (corporate clients).
  • Identify, generate, and nurture leads through inbound, outbound, and digital channels.
  • Build strong relationships with learners, HR, and L&D decision-makers.
  • Conduct needs analysis and offer suitable training solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaign execution and lead generation.
  • Present customized training proposals to clients.
  • Manage sales pipeline and reporting through CRM tools.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
