At AECOM we're seeking a proactive and passionate Talent Delivery & Recruitment Specialist to support our Early Careers and Emiratisation hiring initiatives across the Middle East. This is your opportunity to play a key role in shaping the next generation of talent while contributing to meaningful national development goals.

In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with hiring managers and strategic partners to build a future-ready workforce. You'll also represent AECOM across universities, government platforms, and industry events - helping to strengthen our brand and connect with high-potential talent from across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Attraction: Source, screen, and identify top candidates based on hiring manager requirements to support AECOM's diverse hiring needs.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct phone interviews to assess experience and suitability for roles and setup interviews with hiring managers.
  • Offer Management: Manage the job offer and negotiation process, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Emiratisation Support: Play a key role in achieving AECOM's Emiratisation targets by identifying and recruiting UAE Nationals who align with our vision.
  • University Engagement: Represent AECOM at university career fairs to promote our brand and attract high-potential talent from UAE institutions.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Gain exposure to external talent partnerships through LinkedIn, Dubai Govt, HR, Mawaheb, NAFIS, and university partnerships.

  • Mindset and Motivation: A strong desire to learn, grow, and actively contribute to AECOM's Emiratisation efforts through our Fursa Program.
  • Eligibility: As part of AECOM's commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labor law, only UAE Nationals with a valid Family Book will be considered for this role.
