Sales Manager - B2C & B2B | EdTech / Training Sales | SkillzRevo Academy (Noida)-Work From Home-(Dubai)
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager (B2C & B2B) to lead our sales initiatives across both individual and corporate training segments. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through direct enrollments, corporate partnerships, and institutional tie-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales for both B2C (individual learners) and B2B (corporate clients).
- Identify, generate, and nurture leads through inbound, outbound, and digital channels.
- Build strong relationships with learners, HR, and L&D decision-makers.
- Conduct needs analysis and offer suitable training solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing for campaign execution and lead generation.
- Present customized training proposals to clients.
- Manage sales pipeline and reporting through CRM tools.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-7 years of proven experience in EdTech / Training / Education sales (B2C & B2B).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to close high-value deals.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
