An HR consultancy in Dubai is seeking motivated Recruitment Executives/Call Centre Agents to join their team. Candidates will manage the recruitment process, handle communication with clients and applicants, and must have at least 1 year of experience in the HR field or call centre operations. We are looking for motivated and experienced Recruitment Executives / Call Centre Agents to join their HR team. The selected candidates will be responsible for sourcing screening and coordinating candidates handling recruitment calls and ensuring smooth communication between clients and applicants.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing interviewing and onboarding.
Make outbound and inbound calls to candidates and clients for recruitment coordination.
Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates according to job requirements.
Schedule and confirm interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and candidates.
Handle queries and provide accurate job information over the phone or email.
Work closely with the HR and operations team to meet recruitment targets.
Ensure a professional and courteous approach in all communications.
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment HR or call centre operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good computer literacy (MS Office job portals and email handling).
Positive attitude confidence and ability to work under pressure.
Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.
