A leading global retailer is seeking an Accommodation Consultant to manage employee accommodations. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a focus on customer service. Responsibilities include performing compliance reviews and coordinating accommodation processes. Candidates should have at least 2 years of customer service experience and strong analytical skills. This position demands independence and the ability to handle complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
The Accommodation Consultant (AC) will work directly with employees and senior leadership in providing accommodations. The AC will be the primary contact for the employee as they proceed through the accommodation process. This role will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, superior attention to detail, ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment, strong analytical and critical thinking skills along with the customer service focus that employees expect from Amazon.
