We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Center Supervisor to oversee the sales, marketing and operations of our education center in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for launching a new center and managing daily operations ensuring high‑quality educational delivery, leading a team of teachers, driving student enrollment and maintaining smooth coordination with HR and management.
Sales & Marketing
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain students.
- Manage marketing campaigns and partnerships to enhance the center's visibility.
- Drive student enrollments through effective sales techniques and customer engagement.
Operations Management
- Oversee the daily functioning of the center ensuring smooth class scheduling and resource allocation.
- Implement policies and procedures to optimize center efficiency.
- Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment for students and staff.
Teacher & Staff Management
- Recruit, train and supervise teachers to ensure quality instruction.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional development.
- Facilitate regular staff meetings to align on goals and operational needs.
HR & Administration
- Liaise with HR on hiring, onboarding and staff‑related matters.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and educational regulations.
- Handle administrative duties including budgeting, procurement and reporting.
Reporting & Communication
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Track key metrics such as student attendance, class performance and revenue growth.
- Address and resolve student/parent concerns to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in a managerial role within the education sector or a similar industry.
- Strong sales and marketing background with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, problem‑solve and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Must reside in Al Ain.
