Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for Warehouse Workers for a grocery distribution center. Candidates will be responsible for picking items using a handheld scanner, scanning and placing goods into baskets, and meeting productivity norms. Suitable candidates must be physically fit, able to work in varying temperatures, and hold a valid Czech work visa or EU passport. The position offers 7 days of training and provides monthly accommodation fees deducted from salary.

WE ARE HIRING
Warehouse Worker (Picker) – ROHLIK Online Grocery

Locations

• Prague (District 6, 20, Hřašany)
• Brno
• Ostrava

Requirements

• Men, women and couples (18–50 years)
• Czech work visa / EU passport / Temporary Protection
• Physically fit for walking-intensive work
• Able to work in warm and chilled zones (+9 to +10°C)

Job Role

• Pick items using handheld scanner
• Scan and place goods into baskets
• Follow warehouse workflow
• Meet productivity norms (after training)

Compensation

• 185 CZK/hr – 1st month (during employer change)
• 170 CZK/hr – after 150 hours
• 180 CZK/hr – after 2000 hours
• Monthly salary paid between 15th–20th
• Weekly advances available

Work Schedule

• 8–10 hour shifts
• Start: 02:30–12:30
• End: 09:00–22:00
• Some early morning or night shifts
• First 7 days: hourly pay only
• Performance norm required: minimum 90% (after training)

Training

• 7 days full training provided

Accommodation

• 6,000 CZK/month
• 2–3 persons per room
• Deducted from salary
