An upscale hospitality brand in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations and shape talent strategy. The position offers a salary of AED 15,000 – 18,000 per month and benefits including medical insurance and annual flight tickets.

The ideal candidate will bring energy, independence, and a strong foundation in hospitality HR practices.
- Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with UAE labor law and hospitality standards
- Support leadership in building a high-performance team culture
- Manage payroll coordination, leave tracking, and benefits administration
- Lead training and development initiatives to support staff growth and retention
- Prepare for future expansion by building scalable HR systems and talent pipelines
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR management experience in Dubai within the hospitality sector
- Proven ability to operate independently in a stand‑alone HR role
- Strong understanding of UAE labor law and hospitality compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic and motivated to grow into a future HR Director role
- AED 15,000 – 18,000 per month
