  • Coordinate with overseas recruitment agents in India.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from shortlisting to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with overseas recruitment agents in India for sourcing skilled and unskilled workers as per client demand.

Manage the full recruitment cycle — from shortlisting and selection to mobilization and deployment.

Communicate with client companies across the UAE to identify and fulfill their manpower requirements.

Build and maintain relationships with HR and procurement departments of client organizations.

Prepare and verify documents such as demand letters, offer letters, and candidate lists.

Maintain detailed records of candidate deployment and client assignments.

Coordinate travel arrangements, arrival schedules, and handover to client representatives.

Ensure candidates meet medical, documentation, and qualification requirements prior to deployment.

Prepare weekly reports on recruitment progress, client communication, and manpower status.

Support management in planning recruitment drives and maintaining compliance with UAE regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in HR or recruitment (preferably in a Manpower Supply / Overseas Recruitment company).

Strong understanding of overseas recruitment procedures and UAE manpower market.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client coordination.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with companies across various industries.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Organized, proactive, and target-driven personality.
