Job Title:

HR Officer – British Curriculum School

The HR Officer will be responsible for managing all day-to-day HR operations in line with school policies and UAE labor regulations. This role ensures smooth execution of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and administrative processes within the branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update staff records, files, and HR databases accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with ADEK and MOHRE regulations.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management and inspections.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR-related concerns.
  • Coordinate staff evaluations, professional development records, and renewals.
  • Assist in visa processing, renewals, and related PRO coordination.
  • Promote a positive and professional workplace culture.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in a school or educational setting (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and ADEK compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic language proficiency is preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in staff recruitment for educational institutions.
