Job Purpose

The HR Business Partner is responsible for overseeing HR functions in-store, including Talent Acquisition, Development, Performance, and Rewards, collaborating with stakeholders to maintain a productive workforce.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure continuous compliance with company policies and procedures, code of conduct, employee handbook, attire regulations, working schedules, and facilities.
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers in developing, documenting, and communicating solutions for Employee Relations cases.
  • Advise managers on developing and leading teams effectively, ensuring employees have necessary skills.
  • Support employees and managers through performance review cycle, maintain appraisal system, and communicate learning needs and training to Talent Development.
  • Follow organization’s Health and Safety protocols to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Perform exit interviews, transfers, relocations with accurate documentation.
  • Deliver training programs with prepared content.
  • Ensure implementation of employee engagement programs.
  • Analyze job requirements, source candidates from databases and social media, screen, interview, select for lower and middle-level positions.
  • Provide analysis of HR data, identify key trends, and contribute insights to enhance engagement and performance.
  • Implement and maintain staff structure aligned with store requirements and productivity goals, coordinate allocation of budgeted hours and headcount while ensuring local laws compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Two to four years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
Language & Technical Skills
  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
