Develop and execute the full HR strategy, policies, and frameworks.Lead organisational design and workforce planning initiatives.Drive succession planning and leadership development programmes.Establish and monitor KPIs to measure HR and business performance.Oversee compensation and benefits strategy aligned with market benchmarks.Champion AI adoption and digital innovation across HR processes.Act as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team.




Profile
Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles (Head of HR / CHRO level).Experience working with top tier organisations in the private and public sector, specially within Abu Dhabi.Expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, and strategic HR.Strong background in compensation, benefits, and policy development.Visionary and practical approach; self-starter with high initiative.Experience in implementing AI and digital transformation in HR.
