Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic and operational partner to stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management.
• Implement compensation and benefits schemes.
• Support orientation of new joiners and identify training needs.
• Handle staff grievances and disciplinary issues.
• Analyze employee inquiries and recommend corrective measures.
• Facilitate the performance management process.
• Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Facilitate communication of HR matters.
• Provide counseling and advice to employees.
• Maintain system updates and documentation.
