· Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
· Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and improve engagement.
· Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to produce compelling campaigns and promotions.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the Dubai market.
· Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize for maximum ROI.
· Support influencer outreach and partnerships to expand brand reach.
· Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all channels.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably in Dubai or the MENA region.
· Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
· Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
· Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
· Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data and generate insights.
· Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
