A leading real estate company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Real Estate Sales Team Leader to oversee and manage a team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in real estate sales and strong leadership abilities. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, conducting training sessions, and providing support to agents—all while driving team performance to achieve sales goals. A competitive monthly salary of 7,000 AED is offered.

- Minimum of 3 years in real estate sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and mentor a team of real estate agents. Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience in deal structuring.
- Deep understanding of the real estate market competitor activities and industry trends.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive team success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively guide team members and interact with clients.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to support agents in overcoming challenges.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and professional development for sales teams.
- Ability to work closely with other departments such as marketing and operations to enhance efficiency.
- A passion for achieving sales goals and driving team performance.
Minimum 2 years of real estate industry experience. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of local market trends and rental regulations. Proficiency in real estate databases and CRM software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
