Key Responsibilities :

• Service : Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner. Serve food and beverages according to banquet / event specifications.
• Setup & Cleanup : Set up banquet areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and tableware. Clean and reset tables and banquet spaces as needed.
• Coordination : Work closely with banquet staff and kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Guest Interaction : Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and effectively. Handle any issues or complaints with professionalism and tact.
• Compliance : Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Support : Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving furniture and equipment as required.

Qualifications

• Luxury Experience : You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment - luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Exceptional Skills : Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
• Operational Knowledge : You’re proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
• Educational Background : A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
