Job summary

A luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking a Guest Relations Officer to provide a warm welcome and assist Russian-speaking guests. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a 5-star hotel, be fluent in Russian and English, and possess strong communication skills. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in guest relations or similar role in a 5-star hotel.
  • Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome all guests, ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out.
  • Serve as main contact for Russian-speaking guests.
  • Maintain updated guest profiles and preferences in the PMS.
