Job summary
A leading yacht service company in Dubai is seeking a skilled Boat Captain to oversee vessel operations, ensuring safety compliance and delivering an exceptional guest experience. The successful candidate will hold a valid Captain's License and have proven experience in operating and maintaining passenger vessels. This role involves conducting safety briefings, assisting clients, maintaining the vessel, and ensuring optimal safety and comfort for guests during their journeys.
Qualifications
- Valid Captain’s License and maritime certifications are mandatory.
- Experience operating and maintaining passenger vessels required.
- Strong knowledge of maritime safety procedures essential.
Responsibilities
- Conduct mandatory safety briefings and manage passenger boarding.
- Assist clients in navigating and driving the boat.
- Execute and uphold safety protocols and maritime regulations.
- Maintain engines, generators, gearboxes, and onboard equipment.
- Perform daily vessel inspections and report technical issues.
