A prominent UAE company is seeking a professional Receptionist (UAE National) to manage the front desk and perform various administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will greet visitors, handle phone calls, and maintain the reception area while ensuring high-quality service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills in Arabic and English are essential. Additionally, candidates must hold a valid Emirates ID and have a professional appearance.

Qualifications

  • UAE National (Emirati) with valid Emirates ID is mandatory.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is preferred.
  • Professional attitude and appearance are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure a tidy and presentable environment.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
  • Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing and photocopying.
  • Support other departments as needed.

Overview

We are looking for a professional and courteous Receptionist (UAE National) to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company providing administrative support across the organization and ensuring the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure a tidy and presentable environment.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
  • Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying and organizing documents.
  • Support other departments as needed (e.g. booking meeting rooms, assisting with logistics).
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
  • Assist in administrative and HR-related tasks when required.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • UAE National (Emirati) with valid Emirates ID Mandatory
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is preferred.
