We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at one of Abu Dhabi's leading hotel chains. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests from the moment they arrive until their departure.

Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and payments
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions in accordance with hotel policies
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a front office or guest service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Russian is a plus
  • Must be eligible to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE
