Job summary

A luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Spa attendant to provide professional service and assist with spa operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a 5-star hotel spa or luxury stand-alone Spa, along with strong administrative skills, particularly in Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Candidates should be responsible and reliable with a focus on customer satisfaction. Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience at a 5* hotel spa or luxury stand-alone Spa.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Job Description

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Assist in the all operations of the Spa and to have knowledge of all Spa menu
• Assist guest with the use of sauna, steam, day pass and spa facilities etc.
• Assist guests with product information and retail sales
• Provide guest information relating to spa menu and special offers
• Maintain stock levels and ensure all products are displayed as per standardsFollow departmental policies and procedures
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Reports any problems or questions to Supervisor
• Attends pre-shift briefings and handover to Supervisor/colleague at end of shift.
• Clean and tidy the areas when necessary
• To report any equipment malfunctioning.
• To report anything which may be a Health & Safety hazard
• Other duties as assigned
