Client Relationship Manager (AVP) Exclusive to Client

We are currently seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in insurance and reinsurance to join our clients team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on a broad range of property casualty and specialty lines with a preference for candidates knowledgeable in the energy and power sector.

This is a temporary role for a duration of 23 years with no automatic renewal.

• 10-15 years of experience in a broker, insurer or client-side role such as a Client Executive, Insurance Manager or Underwriter.
• Comprehensive knowledge of insurance and reinsurance particularly in property casualty and specialty lines (limited employee benefits).
• Familiarity with captive insurance is a plus.
• Understanding of the energy and power sector is preferred.
• CII qualification is preferred but not essential.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Strong focus on results and achieving objectives.
• Collaborative team player with effective interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
