Position: Consultant Embryologist - Dubai

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Embryologist to join our team and contribute to the success of our clinic.

As a Consultant Embryologist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the embryology laboratory, including the day to day management of embryology procedures, quality control and assurance, and the maintenance and organization of lab equipment and supplies. You will work closely with our team of fertility specialists to provide our patients with the highest quality fertility treatments and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing all embryology procedures, including fertilization, embryo selection, embryo transfer and cryopreservation according to established protocols
• Maintaining accurate and organized records of all lab activities and procedures
• Ensuring the quality and safety of all laboratory procedures through regular audits and maintenance of lab standards
• Managing and maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies
• Assisting in the management and training of junior lab staff
• Participating in patient consultations and providing embryology expertise and guidance as needed
• Staying up to date with latest developments and advancements in the field of embryology
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide our patients with the best possible care
• Adhering to all ethical and legal requirements and guidelines related to the practice of embryology
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Embryology, Reproductive Science or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fertility clinic setting
• Certification or licensure from a recognized embryology board is preferred
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in all aspects of embryology procedures and laboratory techniques
• Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for helping individuals and couples achieve their dream of parenthood
