A leading social media platform is seeking an experienced Client Partner in Dubai to develop business with advertisers and agencies. This role requires a minimum of 10 years' experience, strong sales and presentation skills, and a deep understanding of the MENA media landscape. You will establish collaborative partnerships and help clients implement effective digital strategies. Travel to Saudi Arabia is required for this position, along with knowledge of Arabic being a plus.

Job Description

As a Client Partner on the Customers team youll immerse yourself in the evolving digital and media landscape and X's ongoing product developments to form collaborative relationships with clients and their ecosystem. Youll help them find their voice and build connections with their customers through relevant and impactful campaigns on X shaping their participation in the public conversation and driving their business forward.

This position is located in our office in Dubai and will require travel to client and agency locations as well as regular trips to Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
  • Establish a collaborative business relationship between X top MENA companies and their marketing agencies (media / creative) with the objective of creating valuable annual partnership for both sides
  • Create & deliver consultative sales presentations to demonstrate how Xrs advertising products can be leveraged to connect with consumers
  • Help advertisers build and execute effective digital strategies for X measure results and renew / upsell to drive revenue growth
  • Thought leadership immersing yourself in the evolving media & digital landscape and adapting to Xs ongoing product developments & priorities
  • Strategic thinking – Ability to understand digest and turn data and markets trends into actionable business opportunities on both the short and long term
  • Mentoring new team members as our organization grows
  • Be involved in functional activities impacting Xs footprint in the MENA region
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience
  • A track record demonstrating an exceptional ability to develop and grow a book of business
  • Excellent presentation skills and communication skills both verbal and written in English
  • Problem solving skills – just make things happen!
  • Deep understanding of X and the regional media landscape and related opportunities for marketers in MENA. Fine understanding of the dynamics of the Saudi market is a big plus.
  • Experience in dealing with major and complex organizations in KSA is strongly preferred.
  • Arabic language is a plus.
  • Need to spend 2 days to Saudi Arabia minimum every 2 / 3 weeks
  • Experience in Tech platforms or consulting are welcome
  • Established relationships with decision makers at companies and agencies
  • Aptitude creativity and a preference for working in very fast paced environments
  • Minimum BA / BS degree. Masters degree preferred
