OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

The following responsibilities are critical for successful performance:

• Patrol all areas of the property and report major defects to Engineering immediately.
• Respond to perimeter alarms, duress alarms, and fire safety systems.
• Lock property entrances when required.
• Conduct daily physical hazard inspections.
• Respond to accidents, contact EMS, or administer first aid/CPR as needed.
• Assist guests and employees during emergencies.
• Notify appropriate personnel of incidents such as accidents or attacks.
• Defuse guest or employee disturbances.
• Call for outside assistance when necessary.
• Complete incident reports documenting security and loss prevention incidents.
• Resolve safety hazards.
• Remove unwelcome persons without disrupting property operations.
• Report vehicle accidents and thefts.
• Maintain confidentiality of all security and property reports.
• Conduct investigations and gather evidence.
• Interview relevant parties.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
