Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm in Dubai is seeking an Inventory & Storekeeper Manager to oversee all inventory operations in the construction materials sector. The successful candidate will manage stock levels, supervise storekeepers, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Candidates should have 5–8 years experience in inventory/storekeeping, preferably within manufacturing, and possess strong organizational skills. Knowledge of ERP systems and good communication in English is required.

  • Familiarity with raw materials, chemicals, packaging, and finished goods.

Job Title: Inventory & Storekeeper Manager / Team Leader

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, self‑driven Storekeeper Team Leader to oversee all inventory operations for a manufacturing facility in the construction materials sector. The ideal candidate will have experience handling raw materials and finished goods, strong problem‑solving skills, and a hands‑on approach in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
  • Maintain accurate stock levels through cycle counts and reconciliation.
  • Oversee receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching of materials and finished goods.
  • Ensure systematic storage, labeling, and safe material handling.
  • Monitor stock levels and request replenishment proactively.
  • Maintain GRNs, issue logs, consumption reports, and warehouse dashboards.
Operational Management
  • Supervise storekeepers and helpers; assign tasks and evaluate performance.
  • Coordinate with production and procurement to ensure timely material availability.
  • Enforce safety, stacking, and housekeeping standards.
  • Update ERP/inventory software accurately.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and support improvements.
