Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the lighting department, ensuring alignment with production and technical goals.
• Develop and implement departmental policies, workflows, and quality standards to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and technical teams to deliver high‑quality visual experiences.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate lighting staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous professional development.
• Oversee equipment inventory, maintenance, and allocation, ensuring readiness and reliability across all productions.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date records.
