The successful candidate will oversee all inventory operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient procedures. This role requires a hands-on individual with a minimum of 5–8 years in inventory management, strong organizational skills, and experience with ERP systems. Job Title: Inventory & Storekeeper Manager / Team Leader

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, self-driven Storekeeper Team Leader to oversee all inventory operations for a manufacturing facility in the construction materials sector. The ideal candidate will have experience handling raw materials and finished goods, strong problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate stock levels through cycle counts and reconciliation.
  • Oversee receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching of materials and finished goods.
  • Ensure systematic storage, labeling, and safe material handling.
  • Monitor stock levels and request replenishment proactively.
  • Maintain GRNs, issue logs, consumption reports, and warehouse dashboards.

Operational Management

  • Supervise storekeepers and helpers; assign tasks and evaluate performance.
  • Coordinate with production and procurement to ensure timely material availability.
  • Enforce safety, stacking, and housekeeping standards.
  • Update ERP/inventory software accurately.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and support improvements.
