Job summary

A global online fashion retailer in Dubai is seeking a candidate to supervise operational processes. Responsibilities include scheduling team attendance, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and improving process efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a college diploma, a minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in supply chain or warehouse logistics, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role requires working alternating day/night shifts.

Job Responsibilities
  • Schedule team attendance based on operational workload.
  • Facilitate communication between upstream and downstream processes, assign tasks according to departmental needs, and ensure operational targets are met.
  • Supervise on‑site operations of all groups within the assigned process to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Implement and refine the 6S inspection system, oversee 6S maintenance and implementation within the process, and assist the supervisor in promoting lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Monitor and improve process efficiency, and assist the department supervisor with other departmental tasks.
  • Provide on‑site guidance and training to team members, and conduct performance evaluations based on team output.
Qualifications
  • Education: College diploma or above.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with background in supply chain/warehouse logistics preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Competencies: Strong team player with a sense of responsibility, quick learning ability, excellent verbal and written communication skills, diligence, compliance with management directives, strong execution capability, and no detrimental habits.
  • Special Requirement: Willing and able to work alternating day/night shifts.
