- Probation: 6-month trial period
- 10 % uncapped commission (on net invoiced sales)
- You will identify and schedule meetings with poultry and dairy producers, integrators, and veterinary distributors to present our animal-care and feed portfolio.
- You will negotiate commercial terms with new channel partners and manage post-sales relations to secure repeat orders.
- You will conduct on-farm visits, oversee product trials, analyze performance metrics, and generate follow-up reports.
- You will map high-potential territories across the UAE and support our Saudi Arabia expansion plan.
- You will maintain CRM records, submit weekly sales forecasts, and track competitor activity.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales in animal feed, animal farm inputs, or related animal-care products.
- Valid UAE driving licence and own car (mileage reimbursed).
- Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively (≈ 60 % field time).
