Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Location: Dubai
Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential customers (drivers and shippers) in the offline market.
- Introduce the company’s platform and product features, and guide customers to download and register on the App.
- Assist customers with account setup and provide basic training to ensure proper usage.
- Collect customer feedback and report market insights to the team.
- Achieve sales targets and performance goals set by the company.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, field promotion, or FMCG/Internet industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with diverse customers.
- Team player, able to adapt to flexible working hours and fieldwork. Familiarity with the Dubai market and logistics industry is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Structure: Basic Salary + Allowances + Commission.
- Approximate monthly package: around AED 7,000 (inclusive of basic salary, allowances, and average commission).
- Salary Payment: Paid on the 10th of every month.
