The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of agricultural products and services, coupled with exceptional sales skills to forge and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Promote existing brands and launch new products to expand market presence.
  • Analyze budgets, develop annual sales plans, manage expenditures, and ensure quota attainment.
  • Research consumer needs, identify market trends, and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize market data to prepare actionable reports.
  • Implement sales initiatives and advertising campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and needs assessment.
  • Prepare detailed sales performance reports, including competitor and market trend analysis.
  • Evaluate and optimize marketing initiatives through tracking and performance analysis.
  • Present marketing strategies, campaign outcomes, and budget reports to senior leadership.
  • Execute multichannel campaigns across the customer lifecycle, ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
  • Perform additional tasks and special assignments as directed by management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
