Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
4. Mentor junior sales team members to support their development.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to optimize solutions.
6. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales efficiently.
7. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless solution delivery.
8. Monitor sales performance and provide accurate reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Proven B2B sales experience in SMS solutions, telecommunications, or SaaS.
2. Strong track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Strategic thinker with a client-first mindset.
5. Experience managing complex accounts; mentoring experience is a plus.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
