  • Promote and sell the center’s educational programs to prospective students and parents through phone calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
  • Respond to leads and follow up in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct consultations and provide detailed information on course offerings, schedules, and fees
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and enrollments in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with marketing to support campaign initiatives and events (e.g., open houses, school visits)
  • Stay updated on program changes, competitor offerings, and market trends
  • Provide exceptional customer service before and after enrollment to ensure satisfaction and retention
