Job Title : Sales Executive – Education Courses

Location : Dubai, UAE (predominantly remote, with travel across UAE / Middle East as required)

Salary : AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month (depending on experience) + commission

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join a growing education provider within the fitness and wellbeing sector. This role plays a key part in driving learner enrolments and revenue across a range of professional education programmes, including Personal Training, Pilates, Sports Therapy, Massage, and specialist CPD workshops.

The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with a passion for fitness and education, building lasting relationships with learners, gyms, studios, and strategic partners across the UAE and the wider Middle East.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
  • Drive new learner enrolments through proactive outreach, follow-up, and conversion.
  • Manage inbound leads generated through marketing, partnerships, and online channels.
  • Develop relationships with gyms, studios, universities, and partners to identify new opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
Pipeline Management & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records and forecasts using CRM systems.
  • Provide regular performance reports on conversions, revenue, and pipeline status.
  • Monitor and analyse key metrics including conversion rates and learner engagement.
Collaboration & Marketing Support
  • Partner with marketing teams to shape regional campaigns and promotions.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to support brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with tutors, admin, and leadership teams to ensure excellent learner experiences.
About You / Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of proven sales experience, ideally within education, training, or fitness.
  • Strong ability to close higher‑value programmes and work to performance targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across multiple channels.
  • Confident working independently while contributing to a small, collaborative team.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage).
  • Competent with CRM systems, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Passionate about fitness, learning, and helping people achieve their goals.
