We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team at MAK Developers LLC, a subsidiary company of Al Hadaf Travel & Tourism LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service delivery, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and investors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, CRM, legal, finance) to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
- Manage the end-to-end customer journey from inquiry to handover.
- Resolve client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing site visits, presentations, and promotional events.
- Track leads, follow up on prospects, and support the sales team in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate client records and prepare regular status reports.
- Provide after-sales support and encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Head of Sales.
- Conduct viewings and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close.
- Prepare and ensure compliance with all sales documentation.
Salary
Salary: 8000 to 12000 AED
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in a real estate developer.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client-service orientation and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- UAE real estate market knowledge is a plus.
- Fluency in the Russian language.
