We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team at MAK Developers LLC, a subsidiary company of Al Hadaf Travel & Tourism LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service delivery, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and investors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, CRM, legal, finance) to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer journey from inquiry to handover.
  • Resolve client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in organizing site visits, presentations, and promotional events.
  • Track leads, follow up on prospects, and support the sales team in closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate client records and prepare regular status reports.
  • Provide after-sales support and encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Head of Sales.
  • Conduct viewings and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close.
  • Prepare and ensure compliance with all sales documentation.
Salary

Salary: 8000 to 12000 AED

Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in a real estate developer.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client-service orientation and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • UAE real estate market knowledge is a plus.
  • Fluency in the Russian language.
