The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in commercial roles, focusing on Infrastructure and Retail sectors. Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of the UAE market are essential for success in this position. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial roles.
  • Significant experience in Infrastructure, Retail, Residential, High Rise, and Hotel construction.
  • Majority experience in QS/Commercial Management with knowledge of FIDIC.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contractual and commercial aspects of projects.
  • Lead a team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide commercial advice to internal clients.
