About The Team

You will be part of a dynamic and autonomous team, from Careem veterans to new members, all aligned on the values of ownership, innovation, and service to customers, partners, colleagues, and captains.

What You'll Do

  1. Identify, target, pitch, and close deals with restaurant/food outlet partners to onboard them to the Careem Food Delivery network.
  2. Work with various restaurant types, including large chains and small outlets.
  3. Identify high-potential geographic clusters within the city with high restaurant density and diverse cuisines.
  4. Onboard partners already on other platforms and expand beyond to build a competitive edge, using a cluster-by-cluster approach.
  5. Negotiate and close deals involving commercials, exclusivity, and consumer offers.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Passion for improving lives, excellence, customer service, and alignment with core values: boldness, focus, agility, collaboration.
  • Proven experience in acquisition, direct, and channel sales, with a track record of closing deals.
  • Motivated with a proactive approach to developing new opportunities and growing the business.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and regions.

  • Creative thinking and a proactive attitude towards building a business pipeline.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to derive meaningful insights.
