This position will be based in our office in Dubai UAE

Responsibilities
  • Direct sales to the accounts in the Middle East & India and owns customer interface.
  • Aim to achieve / exceed sales objectives through both revenue & profit through value selling.
  • Develop and maintain account plans for key customers through deep understanding of customer value chain.
  • Understand the customer requirements and provide timely feedback to commercial leadership.
  • Understand the Engineering Plastics Pharma and Agrochemical Industry.
  • Successfully negotiate implement and secure existing and new business opportunities.
  • Have SFDC experience in forecasting thereby meeting and exceeding the annual operating plan.
Your Background / Qualifications
  • University scientific degree or equivalent preferably in chemistry;
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in chemical products sales
  • Fluency in English
  • Good interpersonal skills result oriented disciplined
  • Ability to learn and develop negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in an autonomous way
  • Willing to travel 30% of time
