Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Dubai with some work-from-home flexibility, for a Cashier Customer Service position at TRIX TOWN TRADING L.L.C. The Cashier Customer Service personnel will be responsible for handling transactions, managing cash registers, assisting customers with purchases, providing accurate information about products and services, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. Additionally, this role includes balancing cash drawers, resolving customer complaints, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance the overall customer experience.
