Overview of the role

We are looking for a Foreman to join the Linde Division at FAMCO in the UAE. This role is responsible for receiving customers, accurately documenting their service needs, providing clear job estimates, coordinating with the workshop, following up on repairs, and ensuring timely delivery with a complete explanation of work performed. The Foreman plays a key role in achieving service and sales revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

What you will do

Attend to customers promptly, greet them warmly, and gather accurate details of their requests.

Prepare job cards, provide cost estimates, and explain job details clearly to customers.

Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure timely completion of repairs.

Obtain approvals for additional repairs when needed and communicate any delays to customers.

Deliver the equipment / vehicles in person and explain the invoice and services performed.

Promote value-added services and ensure revenue targets are achieved.

Resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain high Customer Service Value (CSV) scores.

Required skills to be successful

Diploma or Bachelor in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.

3–5 years of experience in an automobile dealership, with at least 3 years in Service Department as a Service Advisor, preferably in Buses / Commercial Vehicles.

Strong customer handling skills and effective communication abilities.

Logical thinking to understand technical root causes of vehicle issues.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Customer service oriented, honest, responsible, culturally sensitive, and a team player.

You will be part of a dedicated service team within the Linde Division, collaborating closely with workshop staff and Service Managers to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. The team is focused on achieving monthly service and sales revenue targets while maintaining high standards.
