About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. You will represent our Babysitting, Nanny, and Housekeeping services, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales, scheduling, and client inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to manage multiple client interactions efficiently through phone and chatbot channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and chatbot, delivering outstanding customer support
  • Handle client inquiries related to Babysitting, Nanny, and Housekeeping services with professionalism and accuracy
  • Promote and sell services using effective tele-sales techniques
  • Manage online calendars, bookings, and client scheduling efficiently
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented approach
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team service quality and sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
