We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Executive who is fluent in Russian to join our sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling premium services, achieving ambitious sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Promote and provide visa services by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including inbound leads, referrals, and online platforms.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Explain service packages clearly, addressing client needs, objections, and concerns.
- Build strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the processing team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain records of sales activities and follow‑ups through CRM or company database.

Full‑time position. Pay: AED 6,000.00 – AED 20,000.00 per month (Inclusive Commission).
- Sales: 2 years (Required).
- Language: Russian (Required).
- Sales: 1 year (Required).
- Visa services/Tours/Travels: 1 year (Required).
- Fluent in Russian and English (written and verbal).
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in visa, high‑ticket service sales (luxury products, travel packages, etc.).
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet high sales targets.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of visa application processes and travel documentation is a plus.
