Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and customer-focused Car Rental Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about sales, skilled in customer service, and able to work in a fast-paced environment to achieve monthly targets and ensure a smooth rental experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote the company’s rental services to walk-in customers, corporate clients, and online inquiries.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person with a strong sales-driven approach.
- Prepare rental agreements, verify customer documents, and ensure compliance with company and RTA policies.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products such as insurance, GPS, baby seats, and long-term leasing options.
- Manage vehicle deliveries and returns, ensuring cars are clean, well-maintained, and ready for rental.
- Maintain customer records and update booking systems accurately.
- Follow up with clients for renewals, extensions, and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with the operations team for vehicle availability, maintenance, and scheduling.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall branch revenue.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and *escalate* issues when required.
- Monitor competitor rates and assist in pricing suggestions to management.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in car rental sales, hospitality, or customer service (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Presentable, energetic, and confident personality.
- Good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic rules, and car categories.
- Proficiency in MS Office and rental management systems.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
