Job Summary

Responsible for assisting our in-house marketing team with gathering customer feedback and conducting social media audits to ensure uniformity across platforms and channels like Facebook, Instagram, Zomato, and aggregators.

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct social media audits to ensure uniformity across platforms and channels like Facebook, Instagram, Zomato, and aggregators.
2. Gather customer feedback and insights from social media, including reviews and comments.
3. Share this feedback with the operations team to identify areas of improvement or address specific customer concerns.
4. Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, relevant hashtags, and trending topics to stay informed about community conversations.
5. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms to maintain an active presence and build relationships with followers and guests.

Job Requirements

1. 2 years of proven work experience as a social media executive.
2. Energetic self-starter.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
