We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with Collecting Cheque / Driving License to join our billionaire Engineering Client in Abu Dhabi. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely collection of payments through efficient cash handling and field coordination. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with financial accountability, leveraging their driving license to conduct on-site client visits, collect payments, and support field operations. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in client engagement, and maintains meticulous records using advanced systems such as SAP NetWeaver AS and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular field visits and personalized service.
  • Conduct on-site sales presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations to drive revenue generation.
  • Collect payments directly from clients via cheque, ensuring accurate documentation and timely deposit into company accounts.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all transactions using SAP NetWeaver AS and other accounting systems.
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to improve accounts receivable turnover and reduce outstanding balances.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using Microsoft Excel, including performance metrics, client activity, and revenue forecasts.
  • Utilize a valid driving license to travel between client locations, sales offices, and distribution centers efficiently and safely.
  • Coordinate with the finance and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and payment reconciliation.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market research and sales strategy development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and data privacy standards during all transactions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • 4–5 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive in a sales-driven environment, preferably in B2B or retail sectors.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP NetWeaver AS and other enterprise accounting or ERP systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial tracking.
  • Demonstrated expertise in accounts receivable management, including cheque collection, reconciliation, and aging report analysis.
  • Valid driving license with a clean driving record and ability to travel independently across assigned territories.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build trust and close deals effectively.
  • High level of organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain a high degree of accuracy and integrity in financial transactions.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by sales targets and client needs.
