A leading engineering firm in Dubai is seeking a skilled Service Engineer – Electrical to manage installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of diesel generator systems. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience working with Cummins Generators and PCC Controllers, alongside a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering. Responsibilities include servicing generators, configuring systems, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cummins Generators.
- In-depth understanding of generator synchronization techniques.
- Experience working with medium and high voltage machines.

- Perform routine and emergency services on diesel generators.

Education
We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Service Engineer – Electrical to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of diesel generator systems, with a strong focus on Cummins Generators and PCC Controllers.
- Perform routine and emergency service on Cummins diesel generators, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Configure and troubleshoot PCC (Power Command Control) systems.
- Execute the synchronization of multiple diesel generator sets, ensuring load sharing and seamless transitions.
- Carry out maintenance and repair work on medium and high voltage equipment in accordance with safety standards.
- Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and company policies.
- A Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized and reputable institution.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working on Cummins Generators equipped with PCC Controllers.
- In-depth understanding of generator synchronization techniques and procedures.
- Solid experience handling medium and high voltage machines with strong knowledge of safety protocols.
- Experience with an Authorized Cummins Dealer is strictly required.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate to or already be based in Dubai.
