Job summary
A real estate firm in Dubai is seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Agent (Leasing & Sales) to join their team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Dubai's real estate market, a valid RERA Card, and excellent negotiation skills. Responsibilities include onboarding property owners, negotiating with clients, and managing leads. This position offers a competitive commission structure based on performance and training support, along with active leads provided.

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai’s Real Estate market (Leasing or Sales).
- Valid RERA Card is mandatory.
- Strong command of the English language (written and verbal).
- Valid UAE Residency & UAE Driving License.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard property owners for leasing and sales.
- Conduct professional negotiations with landlords, tenants, and buyers.
- Manage leads, arrange viewings, and follow up until successful closing.
- Provide regular updates on activities, progress, and deal status.
